To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Regular priced items can be refunded to original payments or store credit. Sale items will receive a e-gift card for store credit. Gift cards never expire. Sale items cannot be refunded to orignal payments.
- For doesmtic orders, items must arrive by our facility within 35 days from the day your order is shipped.
- Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
- Digital products (such as e-books) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
CAN I GET A FREE REURN LABEL?
Yes! If you purchased regular priced items, you can choose to receive store credit instead of refund to your original payment, we will send you a free return label!
If you would like to refund to your orginal payment, we charge $7 flat rate for each return label.
FREE SIZE EXCHANGE:
- We will provide you a one time free return shipping label and ship your exchanged item free of shipping charge (domestic orders only).
- Exchanges are only accepted for the same item, in different size. Final sale items cannot be exchanged.
- If for some reason you need to return the exchanged item, it will be subject to regular return shipping label charges.
- We are not providing return labels for international orders at this time
- Returns from international orders must arrive at our facility 30 days from the day your package is delivered.

Defects or Damaged Items:
- Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
How soon will I get my refund?
- We process returns once a week.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
