How do I make a return?
For US orders, please go to our return portal to initiate your return.
How do I get a free return label?
- If you purchased regular priced item and paid with non-store credit, you have the option to refund to store credit or original payment. If you would like to receive store credit, simply choose the "store credit" option and your return label will be free. Otherwise we charge $7 flat rate per return label.
- For regular priced items, you will receive full refund to your original payment (original shipping cost is non-refundable). For sale items, you will receive a gift card of the full amount you paid (minus original shipping cost you paid), as long as your return follows our return guidelines! (Gift cards never expire).
- Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
- Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
- Returns must be received to us within 35 calendar days of your original order's shipping date at our facility. (International orders have 45 days from your original shipping date.) The 35 days starts from the day your original order was shipped. Returns older than 35 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We offer a one time free exchange if you need a different size for the same product you ordered.
- Simply go to our return portal to initiate your return/exchange request and choose the option to exchange and the size you want.
- Once your original item is received back to us, we will send you the exchanged size free of shipping charge.
- Exchanges are only accepted for the same item, in different size.
- If for some reason you need to return the exchanged item, it will become a regular return and subject to return shipping charge.
- Final sale items can not be exchanged.
To ship back your order:
- You must make sure your return package arrive at our facility within 35 days of the shipping date of your original order.
We are not offering return labels for international orders at this time.
We offer free shipping for orders over $300 to Canada, UK, and Australia.
For international orders under $300, shipping rate is calculated based on weight of your order and the destination.
Defects or Damaged Items:
- Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: email@example.com
- All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
- Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
FINAL SALE purchases can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Digital products such as e-books can NOT be returned or exchanged.
